Pat Ragsdale had 20 years experience in construction prior to starting inspections.

 Home Inspections | 1993- present

• Performing lnspections of homes and commercial property for potential buyers, looking for defects, improper work methods, code deficiencies and safety issues.

 Phase Inspections | 1993 - present

• During construction of homes outside of local code enforcement, Pat has performed phase inspections for contractors and clients having the home built to see that the national codes are followed and work performed in a professional manner.

 Construction Work | 2010 - 2014

• ​2010 - Hired by JBS Packing to oversee construction of apartments in Cactus, TX and make sure codes were followed and proper construction methods were used and done in a professional manner.
• 2011-2012 - Hired by First National Bank in Perryton, Texas to oversee their new building construction and to make sure the project was done in a professional ​ manner and on schedule.
• 2013-2014 - Construction superintendent for apartment building in Perryton, Texas.
